1. Service Overview

iggzy is a cloud-based platform designed to help service businesses manage projects, billing, and related workflows. We provide tools for project tracking, budgeting, invoicing, estimates, and related features. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice—use of the Services is at your own risk.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

3. Use of Services

You may only use iggzy for lawful business purposes. Do not use the Services to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted materials you do not own rights to. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with, or circumvent iggzy’s security or functionality.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of data and content you input. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data to provide Services. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve iggzy. Data storage and security practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, features, and billing terms are displayed before purchase and may change with prior notice. If you fail to pay on time, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Refunds: Unless required by law or as specified in a separate refund policy, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Data Retention, Export, and Deletion

Upon account deletion or termination, your data is erased from active systems. Encrypted backups may be retained for a limited period (e.g., 7–30 days) before permanent deletion. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to closure to meet any legal record-keeping requirements.

7. Availability & Updates

We strive for continuous, reliable service but do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access. Outages, maintenance, or third-party dependencies may cause downtime. iggzy may change features, update, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

iggzy is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee fitness for a specific purpose, data accuracy, or non-interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iggzy and its team are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses relating to your use of the Services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to iggzy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iggzy from any claims (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by iggzy’s gross negligence.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any material violation of these Terms, at our discretion. In case of termination, we will provide access to export your data if possible.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or on our website. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
